Boleh was a star exhibit at the annual Gosport Marine Festival last weekend and Ops Director, Craig was thrilled to welcome onboard a member of the Angel family. Roger Angel’s 1980 restoration and long association with this iconic vessel saved her for posterity. In 2015 Roger’s granddaughter, Naomi and her young family visited Boleh – newly restored by the Boleh Trust – in Chichester Marina.
Ten years later, with a growing family (see picture), Naomi is back with Boleh, keeping an eye on the junk-yacht her grandfather finally bid farewell to in 2008. We are proud to share the emotion of that moment and to thank the Angel family for their 25 year and counting contribution to the Boleh story.
